Went to deliverance at the pavilion. At lunch my sister and I had nachos. Mine had jalapenos, within 30 mins my stomach hurt and within 4 hours I was deathly ill. Nausea, projectile vomiting, diarrhea, leg cramps down to my bones, chills and weakness. Felt like I was going to die.
