I bought the pre-prepared tuna spread from the cold section. It cost 2.99 and was similar to a Russian salad.
I eat only one meal a day so I can definitely narrow it down to this. I spread the tuna over my ryvita and that night I had vomiting and diarrhoea.
I still have nausea 2 days later
