On Thursday August 24th I ate a Jr chicken from this McDonalds. I started vomiting around 7 hours after eating the jr chicken. Chills, vomiting, diarrhea, body aches and can't keep anything down. If anyone else got food poisoning from McDonald's that day please call the health department

Did anyone else get food poisoning from there that day? I have food poisoning right now from that McDonald's. Im wondering why I only reported it? Or how it would only happen to my food?
