We were on I-40 east of Knoxville, TN, and stopped at McDonald's for a snack. I got a cheeseburger and vanilla shake, and my husband got a big Mac. That night I started feeling nauseated with chills. I also experienced stomach pain and diarrhea. My husband has experienced similar symptoms.
