Diarrhea hit first and instantly I thought it was because I was trying out the chocolate flavor but quickly realized it wasn’t when I started to nauseous then vomit followed as well and I’m pregnant so the stomach cramps WERE HORRIBLE the pain was at a 9 for me for sure
