Campbells chunky chicken noodle soup. Very sick after eating. Only person who ate it is very sick.

Ate at Perkins. Had a blueberry muffin. Within 3 hours of eating it I got super sick, major diarrhea.

My daughter had a turkey sandwich on 12/7 and woke up at 4am PUKING and can’t stop having diarrhea at the same time.

I ordered chicken wings and they served me RAW CHICKEN. I instantly got sick when I got home.

Ordered around 6pm had two soft shell supremes and a buffalo chicken nacho fries burrito. Woke up around 4am with horrible diarrhea, had x3 more episodes before 5am. Started puking at 7am with diarrhea still. X4 episodes of puking so far and diarrhea once every hour.
