Vegetarian Köttbullar courage cream sauce, I ate the Köttbullar, they somehow didn't taste delicious but also not spoiled or anything like that. Shortly after that, I first noticed heartburn. Later at home, I was lying on the floor a short time later with a hard stomach and the worst pain.
