Ordered little cheeseburger last night around 7:30 pm last night, woke up at 5 am with the worst stomach pain of my life, vomiting remains of meal last night which was a lot, explosive diarrhea, fever, chills, all over body pain. Spent entire day extremely weak with fever, stomach pain, and chills
