Vomiting, Fever, Nausea, Diarrhea - It was just me who got sick. I ordered The Quarter Pounder Combo Meal with a sweet tea. Within an hour I had a fever, vomiting, was nauseous, and had diarrhea. It’s day 2 today and I still have abdominal cramps, nausea and diarrhea
