Chicken chalupas 1 person, ie husband. Ate lunch, got sick a few hours later at work
10/23 Update: Husband ate chicken chalupa but thinks it was bean burrito that likely caused the food poisoning. He's stopped vomiting but feels weak at 8am the following morning.
