A year ago I ate a mcchicken and the next day has stomach cramps, diahrrea, vomiting, and absolutely felt terrible. I didn't ever eat there until yesterday, I ate a mcchicken and now today am super sick with the same symptoms. I didn't eat anything else besides that both times.
