Ordered take out. Had smaller serving of chicken tortilla soup, chips and salsa, and 1/4 of a macho platter around 7 PM.
Stomach felt bloated and tight until 2 AM when diarrhea started. Vomiting started at 10 AM. Reported to county health department at 10:45.
