Ate sandwich in 17:30 pm,didn’t ate nothing else that evening.
Woke up in 4 a.m horrible nausea and vomited.(you could have seen the pesto in the mix. It was definitely the sandwich)
All night horrible stomach ache and in the morning diarrhea.
