I ate tuna baguette for lunch from the Greggs on Ludgate Hill in London on Tuesday 6th Jan. By 6:30 I felt a small bout of nausea. By 9ish I had a second bout and started puking uncontrollably and blacked out. I had severe diarrhea, temperature of 38.7, very low blood pressure and tachycardia
