There was a long white material look like plastick inside the steamed egg in one of the dinner tingkat that I ate that night and I couldnt sleep the whole night because feeling nauseated please investigate thank you

Last night 20-10-2018 I had bobor chacha from dessert stall at koufu food court waterway point level 2 around 7-8pm then around 11pm I started to feel very nausea and discomfort on my stomach i believe its the sweet potato because i ate 1 that tasted sour then I stopped eating
