Ate the lunch buffet around 3 pm and around 6 pm was throwing it back up uncontrollably, severe liquid diarrhea and cramping. I was up all night puking. Every time I drank water it immediately came back up and I was dry heaving towards the end and puking stomach bile. Never been so sick in my life.
