I ate around a quarter of a tub of Ben and Jerry’s Dairy Free ice cream on Friday afternoon. At around 4am Saturday, I was waken up but sever stomach cramps and diarrhea. I spent almost the whole day sleeping with stomachaches, feeling faint, headaches and nausea.
