I would expect that unless many more people have the same complaint about 5 Guys, that the individual received his food poisoning from some other product and not 5 Guys. It couldn't be only from one person when many are eating the same product without any complaints. I haven't eaten from there in probably a year but would have no problem eating there presently. Bottom line, either many got food poisoning from 5 Guys that day or he got it from somewhere else☻
