Single serving of the mac and cheese. Ate it at about 3-4 pm and by 10:30 pm I woke up vomiting. Nausea and actual vomit continued until 1:00 am. By 1:30 am until 6 am, severely liquid diarrhea. Still not feeling well as of 3:10 pm.
