June 4, 2022 - Dined in the restaurant. Got an 11 oz sirloin, loaded baked potato, and mixed veggies. Steak tasted "watery" and baked potato had a dirt-like taste; not sure which one made me sick approximately 12 hours later. Symptoms = watery diarrhea, hot / cold chills, and vomiting
