Once I ate the chicken and macaroni and cheese I began to experience cramps maybe within an hour or so. He's persisted throughout the night which caused me to lose sleep, headaches, cramps, diarrhea and vomiting. Now almost 24 hours later I still have bouts of diarrhea and a continual headache.
