My husband ate a shredded lamb pitta from ‘Jiji Mazel street food’ in Marrakesh and became terribly ill later that evening. He was yellow and constantly on the toilet! It only started dying down after 36hrs or so and 4 diarrhoea tablets. I have now caught it from him, but in a lesser form.
