Chicken Burrito, but my mom got a chicken quesadilla, so I think it had to have been the salsas or beans, which were the only items on my burrito that weren't on her quesadilla, and she didn't get sick. intense vomiting, nausea for 3 days, diarrhea and fever into 3rd day.
