Food Safety Report: Waitrose Dorking, South Street, Dorking, Surrey, UK
I was poisoned by Waitrose in Raynes Park a few months ago. Reported in person to Manager who was not interested and walked away from me. Reported to Waitrose on line on a number of occasions. Never got any explanation from anyone at Waitrose as to why they were leaving perishable reduced items in a big trolley OUT OF THE CHILLED CABINET for hours on end therefore allowing bacteria to breed. Waitrose do not understand Health and Safety Food Regulations. I can only assume that if they leave reduced items out of the Chilled Cabinets for long periods of time, then they do the same with in date items. I suspect that as the Management appears to be ignorant on the subject of Food Safety Standards then the staff who report to them are also untrained and ignorant.
