Food Safety Report: Hilton Cabo Verde Sal Resort, Avenida dos Hoteis, Santa Maria, Cape Verde
I had the same symptoms same resort but different hotel back in April. I think the ice cubes are safe but I did have quite a few drinks with ice the night before I was I'll. Do make sure you see a doctor and get a report as I couldn't make a claim against tour operator as they insisted on an official medical report.
