Yesterday I got a spicy nugget and a Mc double. My boyfriend got a McDouble as well but no spicy nuggets. About 45 minutes after I ate I threw up twice and had diarrhea. I felt fine after laying down for a couple hours . Luckily I only had A 6pc or it probably would have been worse
