Had a side Cesar Salad. 4 am it hit me. Nausea and diarrhea. I’m thinking back and a few months ago I had the same thing, same place. The common denominator was the Cesar salad. I’ve eaten there since the last episode with no problems…but also no salad. No I realize it was the salad.
