Myself and a neighbor each had a Big Mac, fries, and a soda. Ate just before noon. Both started experiencing gastrointestinal pain around 4pm. Neighbor began vomitting shortly after. Both of us are still experiencing fever, headache, and continued gastrointestinal distress.
