I had a salad with grilled chicken; sautéed vegetables , salsa and corn at 8:30 PM on April 22 ... at 11 pm I felt bad at 2pm I had nausea followed by vomiting filled by diarrhea followed by vomiting followed by diarrhea rolled gy head ache chills muscle ache and fever - symptoms lasted for 36 hours
