Had Fettuccine Alfredo for diner on April 2nd 2021 around 6 Pm., and after having dinner and went to bed around 10pm was okay but then at 3:45 am I was rushed into the bathroom with severe stomach ache and nausea, then diarrhea until now at 7:32 am !!
