I ate Chick-fil-A (located in Southpoint Mall Food Court, Durham, NC) around 3:30p and within 15 min I was experiencing stomach pain which then led to naseua and diarrhea followed my projectile vomitting, chills, fever and my symptoms are still continuing as of 1am.
