I ate Lucky Charms cereal with no milk on 9/12/23. It was purchased from Amazon.com. Next morning awoke with diarrhea that was vivid green in color and looked like tiny cut up spinach leaves but neon green. I had loud abdomen gurgling and then terrible gas
