Wednesday August 8 @ approximately 640pm. Had the chicken taco’s with fries, a glass of water with lemon. Woke up Thursday morning with stomach cramps and diarrhea. Pain has continued through out the day and could not be far from a toilet. Thursday August 10th, same symptoms.
