Suspected food poisoning. Symptoms: Nausea, Vomiting, Fever, Chills Suspected source: Mushroom Risotto Soup Onset: 4 to 12 hours Duration: 12 to 24 hours Sick: 2 people Additional information: Severe bouts of vomiting that lasted 8 hours and have left us feeling very fatigued.
