Tonight, Not sure I got cramps and diarrhea shortly after eating; not unusual as I have chronic complicated digestive issues, so I can have lightning fast motility. I've now been sick with nausea, cramps, diarrhea, etc., X 4 hours. My husband who does not have my dicey digestive
