I ate some Paisley Farms Five Bean Salad. About two hours later, I had vomiting, nausea, and hot and cold sweats and extreme cramping. The next day I had severe diarrhea with extreme cramping, hot and cold sweats, and bleeding.

I’m not surprised. That place was pretty filthy. Dead roaches by the windows. Table was wiped with the same rag that was used to wipe the seats. Extremely gross.
