Ordered an italian Bmt with olives, and Jalepenos. Within ten minutes I had a minor stomach ache which within hours turned into severely sharp stomach pains with nausea, fever, and extreme fatigue. Vomitted twice later that night and had stomach problems the rest of the next day.
