I ate lunch at 2:30, an Italian BMT on Italian herb and cheese. I added spinach, red onion and sweet onion sauce. 45 minutes later, back at my job and then the bathroom issues start. I visited the bathroom 4 times that day and evacuated the contents of my stomach twice.
