February 2014 around 2 pm. Had an Oreo cookie shake and stuffed jalapeños. Upset stomach started a couple of hours later. Then vomitting, diarrhea and dizziness. Couldn't even hold down water. 12 hours later, I passed out and went by ambulance to hospital.
