I ordered hard shell tacos with just ground beef & cheese & was so sick all last night & this morning.

I had bought the shrimp Alfredo pasta last night, ate it at 9:30pm & instantly had diarrhea & extreme nausea. Anti diarrheal pills weren’t even helping. This is the SECOND time this has happened.
