I got a fish sandwich from McDonald’s on Saturday the 2 nd of Aug - after I ate it about a hour later I started burping up a smell of rotten eggs - then around bed time started vomiting and now I have diarrhea- been sick now for three days!. McDonalds in Willard, Ohio
