Had a rotisserie chicken jacket potato with salad at approx 2.30pm on 22nd March 2026. Had nothing to eat after this. Became violently sick in the early hours of the morning. Unbearable stomach pain. Constantly on the toilet. Vomiting. Feel dreadful like I'm going to die.
