Had the roast beef sandwich with added turkey. Luckily only ate 1/4 of a sandwich as it was cut in 4s. Ate at 9pm work up at 1:30 am with cramping, pain and diarrhea. Back to bed and to toilet like times now. Miserable. Will be reporting this in the morning.
