Not sure Probably got it from food but have no idea 2 out of 4 of us got really sick and are still sick. My daughter had a mild case of it. It happened when I was in Sayulita Dec. 27-Jan. 1st. I got sick 2 days after returning home. Diarrhea, nausea, fever, and headache. ,
