Ate a 4-way and cheese Coney on December 30. Was the only person in my group who had chili (others had Greek salad and wrap). By that evening I had severe diarrhea and vomiting, bloat, cramping, chills, and headache. Severe symptoms continued all night. Still have mild symptoms 48 hours later.
