Never ever eat food from a gas station. You must have antibiotics, if not it will linger and eventually raise your blood pressure and you know know why... Augmentin is what you need for about 7 days... Worms is a different story... I caught those once from eating in Las Vegas, a pork steak was full of worms and did not know it...
PS.. also the dispenser for the drinks.. it may not of been the food, but rather the drink dispenser.. I had that also... I no longer get any drinks unless from bottle or can, not even coffee unless I made it myself...
