I ordered the lunch combo with baked potato soup and chicken fajita wrap. It tasted not great, but was starving so I ate it. Within 3 hours I was vomiting uncontrollably (on a 4 hour drive back to Ohio, in my bosses car). I ended up in the ER for severe dehydration.
