On Friday, 11/17/17, at 1:00 p.m. I ate the chips and salsa, salad with ranch dressing, and chicken enchilada soup. About 2 hours later was first incident of diarrhea. Chills/Fever started about 1 hour after that. Then vomiting. Symptoms lasted about 12 hours.
