I ate around 3pm today and literally less then half an hour after I’ve had chronic stomach pains and cramp, sickness and diarrhoea and I constantly feel like I need to be sick even straight after I throw up. I can’t stay off the toilet for more than 20 mins at a time and it’s now past 7 o’clock
