Ate chicken quinoa salad from Starbucks in Tillicum mall, around 830pm yesterday.
6am I woke up violently ill. Continued to vomit and have the runs for 3.5 hours (until 930am) had to cancel a busy day at work and miss out on income. Still in bed it’s 8pm.
